Return & Refund Policy
- If the product you receive is damaged, doesn't match what you ordered, or has a problem, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order.
- You can get in touch with our customer support team at support@ninehz.com
- You'll need to send the product back to us so we can check it out. But, please remember that this warranty doesn't cover any damage due to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accidents, changes, or if you've messed around with the product in some way
- When you return a product, make sure you do it properly.
- Also, send us the tracking details and tell us which courier service you used after receiving the product within 5 days of telling us about the problem.
- If our team finds that the product you sent back is a valid return, we'll send you a new one within 2 working days.
- If we can't manage that, we'll give you a 100% refund.
- Please understand that the final call on refunds is up to us at NineHz.

Order Cancellation
1. Order Status Matters
You can make changes or cancel your order, but there's a catch. This is only possible if your order is in the "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status. Once your order has moved to a different status, we can't make any changes or cancel it.
2. Payment Method and Bank Charges
Now, about bank charges: In certain cases, when you cancel your order, there might be a 5.5% bank charge. This depends on the payment method you used. Why, you ask? Well, some payment gateway providers collect their commission even if we cancel and refund your order.
